Through their music, Always and Otherwise aim to caution the youth about the
dangers of crime and the importance of education. Sharing their own hard-earned lessons,
the
twins encourage young people to prioritize schooling and better their lives.
Having
traveled to
various prisons in and around Limpopo, Always and Otherwise realized that their past
choices
led to regret and hardship. Now, they seek to inspire youngsters to make different
choices.
"Tsena Sekolo" is a testament to the transformative power of music, offering a message
of
hope and redemption to those who may be tempted by the wrong path.
On behalf of Hung Out Dry Team, I would like to give a big shout out to National Film and
Video Foundation for making it possible for me to represent the film at the 9th edition
of The African Film Festival - TAFF in Dallas, TX USA. We brought home The Founder's
Best Story Award! Let's give credit where it's due, the NFVF is doing the most
especially in provinces where the film industry is neglected. On this clip, I am in
conversation with DJ Complexion and Mpho Mashita on Capricorn Breakfast, acknowledging
the role that the agency plays in supporting the work Limpopo film practitioners do.
Without the NFVF, there will be no film industry in Limpopo. NFVF, have your
flowers!
